How long are properties taking to sell?

Currently, properties are taking around 6-8 weeks to sell on average, though this varies by price range.

Lower-priced properties (under £200-250k) are selling relatively quickly. This segment of the market remains buoyant with strong buyer demand.

Higher-value properties (£250k+) are taking longer to sell. Fewer buyers are moving up to larger detached homes due to higher interest rates compared to a year or two ago.
