Hi, I’m Sammie, Sales Assistant here at Bridges Properties. I have been part of the team since December 2025 and bring over five years of experience within the estate agency industry.

Having recently relocated to the area from England, I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting clients with their home moves across West Lothian. I am here from the very first point of contact when your property goes live to the market and remain involved throughout the entire under offer process, maintaining regular communication with solicitors right up until settlement day.

My goal is to support clients through what can often be a stressful process, helping to make every stage as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Hi, I’m Melissa, Director at Bridges Properties. I’ve been part of the business since day one and officially joined the team in 2023. Since then, I’ve played a key role in the growth of Bridges and now work closely with Kris, overseeing the business as a whole,  focusing on growth, operations and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. With a background in customer service and team leadership, I’m passionate about building a positive, hardworking environment and supporting the team to continue delivering the high standard of service Bridges is known for. With over 30 years of customer service experience, I believe every client deserves exceptional support. My role includes managing enquiries, arranging property viewings, and keeping everything running smoothly. Outside of work, I enjoy family days out, travelling, and spending time with my granddaughter.

No two days are ever the same, which is one of the things I love most about the job. Having grown up in West Lothian, I know the area really well and love sharing that local knowledge with clients.
