What does your service include?

Our fully managed service covers everything from preparing and marketing your property, to finding and referencing tenants, setting up the tenancy and managing the property throughout the tenancy, including handling maintenance and six-monthly property inspections.

How do you find and select tenants?

We market your property across the major portals and our website, manage all enquiries and viewings and carefully vet applicants before presenting you with the strongest options.

What checks do you carry out on tenants?

We carry out full referencing, including credit checks, ID checks, affordability assessments and landlord/character references where appropriate. This helps ensure the tenant is a suitable fit for your property.

What happens if something goes wrong at the property?

Tenants can report maintenance issues quickly and easily, and we’ll coordinate the appropriate contractors and manage the issue through to resolution, keeping you updated where required.

How involved do I need to be?

That’s entirely up to you. Some landlords like regular involvement, while others prefer a fully hands-off approach. We tailor our communication around the level of involvement you’re comfortable with.
