So…what will your day look like?
You’ll become the main point of contact for the properties you successfully let, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the entire tenancy journey.
From day one you’ll be involved in:
Conducting property viewings.
Managing tenant applications and presenting suitable applicants to landlords.
Overseeing tenant referencing and tenancy progression through to move-in day.
Preparing tenancy paperwork and coordinating successful move-ins.
Carrying out regular routine property inspections.
Managing ongoing maintenance.
Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
