Property Management Lead

Job Details

Full Job Description

Are you currently working in Property Management but ready for a new challenge?

This could be your opportunity to help build something from the ground up..

Bridges Property Management launched in 2026 and we’ve been off to a flying start, with a number of successful lets already completed and a healthy pipeline of properties coming to market.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Property Management Lead to join us at a really exciting stage and help take the business to the next level.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply inherit a portfolio and manage something that already exists. You’ll join us early enough to have real responsibility, real influence and the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

The Role

Because we’re still growing, you’ll be involved across the full lettings and property management journey, including:

  • Conducting viewings and managing tenant enquiries.
  • Managing applications, referencing and presenting suitable tenants to landlords.
  • Progressing tenancies through to move-in and coordinating check-ins.
  • Managing properties and acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinating maintenance, inspections, renewals and tenancy administration.
  • Ensuring properties are managed in line with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords.

We’re also looking for someone who gets a real buzz from winning new business – someone who enjoys building relationships with landlords, spotting opportunities and is excited by helping grow our portfolio.

Help Us Build What Comes Next

You’ll work closely alongside our Director, learning the ins and outs of how we do things at Bridges Property Management while bringing your own experience, ideas and energy to the role.

As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Help shape and improve our processes and systems.
  • Find better ways to improve the landlord and tenant experience.
  • Contribute ideas around the growth and direction of the business.
  • Help build, support and develop the future property management team.
  • Take genuine ownership of projects and opportunities that move the business forward.

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience in property management, lettings or a closely related property role who is ready for their next challenge.

You’ll be organised, proactive and confident dealing with landlords and tenants. You’ll enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious, commercially minded and excited by growth – both your own and the business’.

Why Bridges Property Management?

You’re joining us at a stage where you can genuinely make an impact.

Rather than stepping into a role where everything has already been decided, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our processes, our service, our future team and what Bridges Property Management becomes.

If you’re looking for a role with responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to grow alongside a business, we’d love to hear from you.

Bridges Property Management is on a journey to build something special, and we want you to be part of it 🚀
