Both John and Tyler were great help on my journey of getting a house. Kept me updated frequently and throughout the whole process of my mortgage and just finding a house they were with me for every step and answering all the questions had and helped me when I got confused. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and would highly recommend using bridge’s properties for finding a home

We have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Niall and the entire team so far. From Niall’s initial visit and quotation for the works, through to the marketing of our property and the ongoing communication throughout the process, everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. We received two offers within just two weeks, with one now accepted, which is an excellent result. The communication from Niall and the wider team has been consistently clear, proactive, and reassuring, keeping us informed at every stage. A sincere thank you to Niall and the whole team for all your hard work and support to date. We have been delighted with the service so far and look forward to the remainder of the sale proceeding just as smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Niall and the team.

I can’t thank Niall and everyone at Bridges Properties enough for making the sale of my mum’s home such a reassuring experience for our family. My two sisters and I met Niall at the valuation alongside our mum. She had been anxious beforehand, but Niall immediately put us all at ease. He talked us through every step and reassured us that he would look after Mum and always be available if any of us had questions. We knew we could trust Niall and the advice he and Bridges gave us throughout. They carried out all the viewings and sold Mum’s home within three weeks, we were in touch with Niall daily and secured an offer we hadn’t imagined she would receive. Once we accepted the offer, Samantha and the full team kept us and our solicitors fully updated right through to settlement. Bridges Properties are brilliant at what they do. Thank you to everyone for looking after our mum and putting us all completely at ease. Liz x

Sammie has been great keeping me updated over WhatsApp through the final stages of the house moving journey, she’s been great at regularly communicating any important information and answering any questions I had promptly. Although it’s not until Friday I move into the new property due to an unforeseen hold up the service has been nothing short of a 5 star service. Highly recommend :)

Charlotte was incredibly helpful during a recent property viewing, professional, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. She kept me fully informed throughout, even going the extra mile by providing updates via text message about our offer outside of normal working hours. After submitting the offer, the service from Bridges Properties as a whole has been fantastic and especially the support from Sammie. She was highly efficient, communicative and supportive throughout the process, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free and if I had any questions to ask the seller, she would ask on our behalf and always get back quickly, nothing was a hassle. The Bridges team left a lovely little gift for us when we moved in too which was highly appreciated.

We would highly recommend Bridges Properties to sell your home. As estate agents, they are second to none and provide an excellent level of service and communication. Our estate agent Kellie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly and professional, she guided us through the selling process every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble - she even gave up her weekend to carry out a viewing and then negotiate a sale for us! This is truly above and beyond the normal service you would expect from an Estate Agent and shows Kellie's standout service, the pride she takes in her work, and absolute dedication to us as clients. Kellie is warm, welcoming and understands how clients feel when selling their home. She made sure we were comfortable with every viewing and even made sure our cats were safe and cared for while she was showing potential buyers round our home. The whole team at Bridges are great at what they do, and Kellie is an absolute asset to that team.

Honestly from the start of the buying process, Bridges have been amazing! . Every single person I have had the pleasure of speaking to from Niall at the viewing, the admin staff I spoke to the few times I called, Charlotte for keeping me updated on my offer. But a massive shout out to Sammie, who kept me update throughout the journey and was always available to answer my queries quickly and professionally, as a first time buyer i had more than a few questions and Sammie never hestitated to call or whatsapp me to confirm everything every step of the way. Honestly the full team have made this experience easy and as stress free as they could.

On the first visit it to the main office in Livingston it was very welcoming with a nice cappuccino and biscuit, I met both Tyler and James and I was very well received by both of them, both very down to earth and easy to get on with. My overall experience with Bridges was excellent, I was well informed at all times of the day through a personal WhatsApp group chat and when I was stuck with something or just needed some reassurance’s either James or Tyler was there to assist. All avenues were covered from mortgage provider, solicitor, home insurance and life insurance that would have taken myself time out of my working life that I didn’t have so I was extremely pleased that this was all taken care of for me. I very much appreciate all the work and effort both James and Tyler have put in to getting me my first property and I would highly recommend Bridges to anyone looking to buy their own property.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Bridges team for all of your help throughout the process. From start to finish, it has been an extremely positive experience. As a first-time buyer, I had very little knowledge about purchasing a property, but Ali was incredibly informative, supportive, and helpful every step of the way. He made the process much less stressful and helped my partner and I purchase our first and forever home together. The WhatsApp communication was especially useful, as it allowed us to ask personal questions regarding the property and receive quick, helpful responses from the Bridges team. Everyone was professional, approachable, and always willing to provide guidance and information. Thank you again for making my first home-buying experience such a positive one.

What an amazing and different estate agency this is. From the minute I walked into my potential new home for the viewing, I could tell I was in professional hands. I was slightly late if I remember due to traffic yet at no point did I feel rushed. Immediately fell in love with the house then I have to say from that point on until I collected the keys, I have never come across such a switched on and proactive estate agent. It took me a wee bit getting used to the approach at first but it was in everyone's best interests. I dealt mainly with Sam and met Fiona as well on key collection day who both made it extremely special for me. During the transaction though it was Sam I dealt with and she was on it throughout - really business like yet friendly, super organised and always positive trying to see what progress is being made up and down the chain. An all round excellent experience and both Bridges and Sam went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much again🙂

Ali from bridges properties has been an absolute gentleman and helped us to no end find a house after someone pulled out of a purchase we had with another agency. He called us with a property that came back on the market we were really interested in and if it wasn't for him we were ready for giving up. Kellie and Sammie have also been great, everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful. Sammie was always on the other end of the phone keeping us updated and making sure everything was going as smoothly as it could. Couldn't be happier with everyone

Melissa and the Property Management Team have been excellent in the process of bringing to market my rental property, and finding a suitable tenant. The Property went live on a Friday, 10 viewings were carried out the following week and a tenant chosen quickly, who moved in the following week. 11 days from going to market, to move in. Exceptional Work - Very Impressed!

She is an absolute credit to Bridges 👏🏼 Thank you so much again for keeping me sane and for doing what you do best ❤️

Bridges property were excellent from my initial viewing, putting in an offer, right through to me collecting the keys. It was Fiona who I saw when I would go into the office if I had a question but it was Sammie who totally kept me up to date and in touch with me. Sammie was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much bother for her. I wish I had used Bridges to sell my property and also the solicitor that was suggested. We're all clever in hindsight though. 100% satisfied with Bridges, especially Sammie who was fantastic like I said. I would definitely recommend and use your services in the future.

Myself and my husband decided to put our home on the market and Kellie came out to visit us in the first instance and supported us through the home valuation, getting our house on the market and through out the viewings process. Kellie was always available through out the process with any questions or anything we wanted to chat about through WhatsApp and would also phone us with any viewing updates, offers we had received etc. She made us feel at ease right away as she is friendly, kind and knows the business very well and could always answer any queries we had or advise we needed. Our house sold after only being on the market for just under 3 weeks, and the team are genuinely happy and pleased for us! We are still currently going through the selling process and are reassured that Kellie will continue to help us until sale is all complete and move in dates etc are all confirmed.
