As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers to achieve the best possible prices for our clients, and maintaining regular communication to provide an exceptional service to your clients.
In addition, you will be expected to create social media content, including video, reels and posts for your clients homes.
As part of your role we would also expect you to advertise valuation appointments through opportunities with prospective buyers.
Being adaptable and open minded is crucial as the business continued to grow. Property/Estate Agency experience would be beneficial for this role but not essential. What matters most is finding the right person who’s passionate about learning and contributing to our already fantastic reputation, which we’ve worked hard to build over the past 4 years.
Flexibility is key for this role, as it will require availability on evenings and weekends – we will discuss the specific working hours during the interview process.
You’ll need your own car for travel and a mileage allowance will be provided.
